I'm so happy to able to be guest designer here in 3rd eye's blog!

I really love Drychas stamps and use them a lot in my workshops and inmy work. I think they are are very versatile!

Witajcie wszyscy! 

Jestem szczęśliwa mogąc goscić na blogu 3rd Eye! Naprawdę uwielbiam stemple Drychy i używam ich często podczas moich warsztatów i w moich projektach. Uważam, że są bardzo wszechstronne!

 

This time I wanted to make something very romantic! First I stamped with key and keyhole to tag and painted over the stamping with gesso.

After that I added some texture paste with stencil. I colored the tags with watercolors. On top of everything I stamped with rose. I finished my tags with key and keyhole chipboards.

Tym razem chciałam stworzyć coś romantycznego! Najpierw stemplowałam kluczykiem i dziurką od klucza na tagach, pomalowałam je gesso. Następnie przez maskę nałożyłam pastę strukturalną. Tagi pokolorowałam farbkami wodnymi, dodałam natemplowane róże. Na koniec dodałam stemplowane tekturki: kluczyk i dziurkę od klucza.

I had such a great time with the girls, with the stamps and I must say that this was a great opportunity. I really learnt a lot about stamping and found lot of possibilities how to use stamps in scrapbooking.

Spędziłam tu fantastyczny czas: z reszta dziewczyn, ze stemplami, i muszę powiedzieć, że była to świetna możliwość! Naprawdę dużo się nauczyłam o stemplowaniu i znalazłam dużo nowych zastosowań dla stempli w scrapbookingu.

I just love the TES-041 lightbulbs.  I could use them in every project. Well, I actually almost do.

Uwielbiam żarówkowe stemple TES-041 lightbulbs! Mogłabym dodawać je do każdego projektu.... co prawie robię ;)

This box is covered with air dry clay and stamped into it. After drying I painted it with acrylic paints. I think this is good way to use old boxes! 

Pudełko pokryłam glinką schnącą na powietrzu i po prostu stemplowałam. Po wysuszeniu masy - pomalowałam ją farbami akrylowymi. Myślę, że to świetny sposób na stare pudełka!

I love this picture of me and my daughter.  She is soon five years old and full of great temperament! She is full of joy, fun, lively and always talking. 

Uwielbiam to zdjęcie! Jestem na nim ja z moja córką, która wkrótce skończy pięć lat i ma wspaniały charakter! Jest wesoła, zabawna i wiecznie rozgadana.

I made the layout while teaching my class. We had good fun while creating all the layers to the back ground and my students fell in love with 3rd Eye stamps. 

Scrapa stworzyłam podczas prowadzenia warsztatów. Mieliśmy świetną zabawę podczas tworzenia tych wszystkich warstw, a uczestniczki warsztatów zakochały się w stemplach 3rd Eye.

For the background I first made gessowash, after that I have used mist and inks with stencils. I love to make splashes with mists. I think it’s easy way to add layers to your layout. 

W tle znajdziecie pracę z gesso, mgiełki w użyciu z maskami oraz do robienia kleksów.

Breakfast time! * Śniadanie!

W tym roku zrobiłam swój własny grudniownik - z tej okazji powstało więcej zdjęć niż zwykle. To bardzo fajny sposób na dokumentowanie codziennych zdarzeń. Poniższe LO to oprawa dla zdjecia zrobionego przy śniadaniu. Tworzyłam go wzorując się na aktualnym wyzwaniu z mapką.

This year I've been making December Daily minialbum, and for that I've been take more photos than I normally do. It's actually quite nice way to remember everyday life. This layout is made with picture I took from our Breakfast table. I made this layout for this monthsSketch challenge.

Najpierw powstało tło. Za pomocą taśmy dekoracyjnej stworzyłam teksturę, następnie dodałam parę warstw za pomocą masek i gesso. Efekt mnie nie satysfakcjonował więc strona leżała przez jakiś tydzień... ale nie lubię niedokończonych projektów, więc dodałam jeszcze parę warstw z gesso i koronki, spryskałam stronę mgiełkami, stemplowałam i dodałam przeszycia.

First I created background. I made some texture with washitape. After that I made some layers with mask and gesso. I didn't like the result that much, so my layout was lying around for a week. I don't like unfinnish projects, so I tooked the layout and made some more layers with gesso and lace. I made some more layers with mists, stamps and sewing machine.

Użyłam stempli TES-015 arrows, TES-036 baroque border oraz TES-067 funky flowers.

"I made this christmas ornament out of old christmas decoration. I clued old papers on top of the ball and embossed some trees on top of that to create texture. I colored the whole ornament with mists.
Minna ozdobiła starą bombkę. Okleiła ją starymi papierami i embossowała kilka drzewek dla dodania tekstury. Cała bombka jest zabarwiona mgiełkami.

I also had old, not that nice ribbon, which I also colored with mists. I used gel medium to attach the ribbon to the ornament. On top of the ribbon I wrote Happy Christmas and all the best for the new year, but in Finnish of course.  

The stamped the trees (TES-046 Xmas tree) on canvas and colored it also with the mists. For the final touch I painted some snow on the edges of the ribbon and the trees and added red dots to give some color to my ornament!"

Drzewka to stempel TES-046 Xmas tree na płótnie również pokolorowanym mgiełkami. Jeszcze trochę prac wykończeniowych (czerwone kropki z farbki 3d, śnieg na brzegach wstążki i choinek) i bombka gotowa!

in a right light * we właściwym świetle

 Zakochałam się w tych żarówkach TES-041 lightbulbs na 100%. Mam z nimi dużo zabawy podczas stemplowania.

I really fell in love with these light bulbs (TES-041 lightbulbs). I think they are lot of fun to use.

Napis mówi, że ważne jest pokazanie siebie w dobrym świetle.

Title says that it’s important to see yourself in a right light.

W tle znajdziecie gesso, farby akrylowe oraz tusze alkoholowe. Żarówki TES-041 lightbulbs nastemplowałam na płóciennym pasku oraz w tle. Parę z odbitek wycięłam i przykleiłam za pomocą taśmy 3d.

For the background I used gesso, acrylic paints and alcohol inks. I stamped TES-041 lightbulbs the image on to canvas stripes as well as straight to the back ground. I stamped few images to the patterned paper and cut them out. Those bulbs are attached with foam tape.

LO with Marta * scrap z Martą

Hi to everyone!
For the challenge I wanted to work with TES-034 Marta. I love her, 'cause she reminds me of my daughter. She is sweet but very determined! She can be quite hot-headed, too. I think that she will be a good leader when she is older.

Witajcie wszyscy!

Na mgliste wyzwanie stworzyłam scrapa z Marthą (TES-034 Marta). Uwielbiam ją, bo przypomina mi moją córkę. Jest słodka ale rezolutna! Myślę, że kiedyś będzie dobrym liderem.

For the background I did some whitewash, masking and misting. Then I stamped TES-034 Marta to the background as well as to the canvas. I added some patterned paper as well as some embellishments and of course some roses for my girl!

Do zrobienia tła użyłam techniki wybielania, maskowania oraz mgiełek. Postemplowałam z pomocą TES-034 Marta zarówno w tle jak i na kawałku płótna. Później dodałam tylko trochę papieru do scrapbookingu i ozdób.

Father's day canvas

This canvas I made for my husband for father’s day present. It says that “you are the best dad”. 

Ten blejtram powstał dla mojego męża jako prezent na Dzień Ojca. Napis znaczy "jesteś najlepszym tatą"

We have four kids and I think I often forget to say how good father he is. In daily life you often just take more notice about the things the other does not do. But well, he is the best!

Mamy czwórkę dzieci i myślę, że często zapominam mówić, jak dobrym ojcem jest mój mąż. Codzienność zwraca nam uwagę na wiele innych rzeczy... ale tak, on jest najlepszy!

I had the pleasure to join Finnabairs classe, and I learned so many things from her. In this canvas I used some gel medium to clue every bit and pieces together as one, bigger embellishment. That is so much fun and the best of all, this way you can use all the things you wouldn’t otherwise use!

Miałam przyjemność uczestniczyć w warsztatach Finnabair, dużo się od niej nauczyłam. Na tym blejtramie znajdziecie technikę z użyciem gel medium - dużo zabawy! 

For embossing I used Leaf stamp, I have to admit, that that’s my favorite one! 
I also stamped leaf on to clay and colored them with mists. I think they are quite nice embellishments. 

Stempel liść (TES-026 leaf") użyłam do zrobienia embossingu na gorąco. Muszę zaznaczyć, że to mój ulubiony stempel!

Poza embossingiem - liść odbiłam w glinie i zabarwiłam mgiełkami - tym sposobem stworzyłam oryginalną odzobę do mojefo scrapa.

Pandoras' box

I have quite lot of old boxes. I’m always planning to cover them with something nice, but I ever do. 
One day I got huge inspiration to do something. I didn’t quite know what, so I tooked one of my boxes and started playing with that.

Mam całkiem dużo starych pudełek... Zawsze planuję okleić je czymś fajnym ale nigdy się nie składa.

Któregoś dnia napadła mnie wielka wena! W zasadzie nie wiem jak się to stało, po prostu wzięłam jedno z pudełek i zaczęłam je alterować. 

I added some frills and gesso, then some ribbon and more gesso. I colored the whole box with mists, but I didn’t like the result. So I washed most of it away under the water tap. And then I actually liked the result! I stamped some Pandora images on the patterned paper and clued the images on top of the box with gel medium. Gel medium is covering the paper and keeping it safe, even the box would be in heavy use.

Dodałam trochę koronek, gesso, tasiemki, więcej gesso. Zabarwiłam całe pudełko mgiełkami ale efekt nie był wymarzony, więc zmyłam sporą część pod wodą - to było coś!

Znajdziecie tu wiele odbitek stempla Pandora - trzy z nich są stemplowane na papierze do scrapbookingu, przyklejone na górze i pokryte gel medium dla zabezpieczenia.

This box was easy and fun to do!
Alterowanie tego pudełka było łatwe i przyjemne!

Brothers in 1950 * Bracia w 1950.

I have some old pictures from my father’s childhood. I found them so inspiriting! It’s easy to use strong colors with black and white picture. Autumn is my favorite time of the year so I wanted to use autumn colors for this.

Znalazłam trochę starych zdjęć z dzieciństwa mojego taty. Są bardzo inspirujące! a użycie mocnych kolorów z czarno-białymi zdjęciami jest dosyć łatwym zadaniem :) Jesień jest moją ulubioną porą roku, więc postawiłam właśnie na jesienne kolory.

I think that the stamps are giving such a nice feeling to the layout.

For this layout I used leaf (TES-026 leaf ) and pumpkin (TES-029 pumpkin) stamps. 

 Stemple nadały charakteru mojej pracy. Użyłam tutaj liścia (TES-026 leaf ) oraz dyni (TES-029 pumpkin).

 

 I’m planning to give this page for father’s day present to my dad.

Mam w planach sprezentować tę stronę mojemu tacie na urodziny.
